We have successfully applied for the good to go industry standard, showing that we are following guidelines on cleanliness and social distancing.

Here is an overview of the procedures we have put in place. If you have any questions about the procedures we have put in place please do ask.

Bio fogging

Bio-fogging, also knowns as antibacterial fogging is an essential solution for infection control. The bio-fogging process emits very fine droplets of a chemical into the air as a dry mist. This sterilises all enclosed areas of bacteria from hard surfaces, soft fabrics and infections in the area. It eliminates any further growth or cross contamination. This process has been used in all bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas. 

Entrance

Touchless sanitizer at the entrance please use before ringing the door bell or. Gloves and wies are also provided

All shower curtains are replaced after guests leave 

According to guidelines,  we are not allowed to enter the rooms while guests are still using it. Due to this, we will not make up the rooms unless specifically requested. 

Breakfast room

Only 2 rooms seating at the same time and tables more than 2 metres apart.

On departure, please vacate your room by 10.00 we need to leave the room to air for at least an hour after you have departed before we can start cleaning. And cleaning is taking longer than usual!

We have always had a high standard of cleaning. We will be following extra procedures such as disinfect soft furnishings, replacing mattress, pillow and duvet protectors at each changeover.

For yours and our staffs safety, please put your bed linen and towels in the laundry bags provided.

IF YOU DEVELOP COVID-19 SYMPTOMS
Prior to your stay, if you are booked to stay with us and develop COVID19 symptoms or have been asked to self isolate, within 14 days of your stay please let us know as soon as possible and, as per government guidelines, do not travel to us.

If you develop COVID19 symptoms or are told to self isolate whilst you are staying with us, as per government guidelines, we will ask that you let us know and return home immediately.
