Allerton House Stables (self catering)

Allerton is a welcoming Georgian house and stables set in a lovely, sizeable garden giving the impression that it's in the middle of the country when, in fact, it's just off the Main A68 trunk road and only 5 minutes walk from the centre of the attractive Borders town of Jedburgh.

The self contained Stables are set within the grounds next to the main house and provides an ideal base for one or two people with well behaved pets if required. The ground floor room has a kitchen area, dining table and leather sofa with digital TV mounted on the wall.

The wet room is situated off this area and the double bedroom is upstairs in the roof space. Equipment includes electric hob, microwave, toaster, fridge and all cutlery and crockery. There are some really good local restaurants and bistros and the fish and chip shop is excellent - and all just five minutes walk away in the historic town of Jedburgh.

Conditions

Full payment due on or before arrival date. Additional 3% charge for credit card payment.
25% deposit payable up to 6 weeks before arrival date. Cash, Cheque or Debit Card welcomed.
No smoking within the property.
